I’m a practicing somatic coach, certified in sophrology by The Sophrology Academy in 2023.

My work is informed both by my academic achievements and my lived experiences of queerness, sex work, kink and fetish.

I trained for two years in a practice called Sophrology, which is hugely popular in France (but hasn’t yet found as much popularity in the wider world (read more about sophrology here).

In 2024 I trained with Elop East, completing their three-month certification in LGBTQ+ affirmative counseling.

My coaching practice now revolves around supporting women and queer people, mostly around themes of gender, sex, and relationship diversity. That includes sex work, kink & fetish, gender & sexual identity, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, and other sex & relationship concerns.
